Program Summary

The Human Resource Management program is designed for our students interested in positions as entry-level human resource managers in such areas as employee benefits, recruiting, job analysis, compensation, employee welfare, coordination and training. While not designed as a transfer program, graduates can go on to four-year institutions such as SUC at Oswego, SUNY Institute at Utica/Rome, and many other colleges and universities. Graduates will be prepared to write and perform evaluations, collect job and skill information, write job descriptions, determine employee compensation and benefits, and construct a base pay structure.
