This course is designed for students who are majoring in Human Resource Management or for students who need a business elective and want some understanding of the topic. An emphasis is on various types of compensation and salary structure programs in addition to mandatory and discretionary employee benefits. Prerequisite: BU 251. Note: Offered fall semesters only.
