This course compares national and international law and provides students with an overview of the many sources and organizations important in international relations. Special attention is given to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Also examined are the concepts of jurisdiction, sovereignty, international economic relations and dispute resolution in a commercial context. Note: Offered fall semesters only.
