The techniques of sampling, organizing, and graphing data, as well as analysis techniques learned in MA 127, will be geared toward the presentation of a major project in statistics. The course topics include an in-depth study of regression and correlation, Chi-squares, F-distribution, ANOVA and nonparametric statistics. A calculator is required. The course is computer-assisted. Prerequisite: MA 127. Note: Offered spring semesters only.
