Students will learn how to use DOS commands to manage a PC - both in and out of the Windows environment. Installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting Windows 2000 Professional will be covered in detail. Windows 9x and NT Workstation 4.0 will be compared and contrasted to Windows 2000 Professional. This course closely follows the Operating Systems portion of the A+ Certification syllabus.
