Career Services for Students, Alumni, & Employers
As one of the top-ranked community colleges in the nation for student success, Herkimer College offers a wide array of services to support our students — like our Career Services. FREE comprehensive services are available to students, alumni, and employers.
Students and Alumni may schedule individual appointments for career counseling, which may include career assessments, assistance with developing a job search plan, resume critique, and/or mock interview.
Additionally, students and alumni are encouraged to register on our job posting board to learn about positions with local, regional and national employers. Students and alumni are also encouraged to take advantage of the professional development programs that are offered on campus each semester.
The Career Center offers a variety of ways for employers to recruit Herkimer College students and alumni. Individual recruitment sessions on campus may be scheduled or employers are welcome to participate in our Career Fair in the spring semester. Employers are encouraged to register their company with our job posting board to be able to post and manage job listings 24/7.
