Summer Math Camp

Summer Math Camp is a five-week program designed for new students whose math placement test scores require them to take a non-credit developmental math course. This program provides students with a chance to bypass the developmental course allowing them to enroll in a credit-bearing math course in the fall semester.

Upon completion of Summer Math Camp, students will have a chance to retake the placement test and test out of the developmental math course.

Summer Math Camp will take place July 25-August 24 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to noon. An optional additional tutoring hour will be available after each class.
While there is a $35 fee to attend the camp, you can save a great deal of time and money by testing out of the developmental math class. The cost of a developmental text book alone is over double the price of the entire camp.

Pre-registration for Summer Math Camp is required. Call Community Education at 315-574-4003 to register. The program is first-come, first-served and has a limit of 30 participants, so reserve your spot today!
