The Program

The HCCC men's and women's bowling teams return this winter for a second season. Head Coach Tom Rathbun will again lead both teams. Senior captain Tamme Wheeler has been appointed as an assistant coach for this season. In addition, HCCC Biology Instructor William Lints, an accomplished bowler in his own right, has volunteered to serve as an advisor.

Senior Dylan Brown was an All-Conference selection last season and will lead a strong men's squad this year.  "We have a nice mix of seniors and freshman, and I'm very encouraged about the upcoming season. We had a lot of good bowlers try out and the program is headed in the right direction," stated Coach Rathbun.

The women's team will be captained by seniors Sara Abele and Tamme Wheeler. Abele holds all school records in women's bowling and looks to improve even more this season. "The women's team will be stronger this year and with two top recruits already committed to next season I am pleased with the progress we are making," said Coach Rathbun.
