Assistant Coach: Ed O'Hara

Ed O’Hara is a 1987 graduate of Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park, NY. He played lacrosse for the 1988 and 1989 Syracuse University men’s lacrosse team winning the NCAA National Championship. After graduating from Syracuse University in 1991 with a B.A. in Policy Studies, O’Hara spent several summers managing the lacrosse program at Camp Dudley in Westport, NY. He also has coached youth soccer, basketball and lacrosse. Coach O’Hara is employed by The Hartford Insurance Group in New Hartford, NY. He lives in Poland, NY with his wife, Sarah, and three daughters. He continues to play lacrosse at the club level for Tri-City Lacrosse.
