Burn & Firm - Section A

This course runs from January 7, 2013 - February 11, 2013

Get firm with this boot camp style cardio class.  Basic step with punches and kicks, Tabata intervals to burn fat fast and effectively, followed by toning your arms, core and abs.

Location: PE 218 Aerobics Room

Fee: $30.00 or $9 per class (see CE's Drop-In Policy for details)
