This course runs from July 23, 2012 - August 27, 2012

Burn fat and get firm with this easy to follow kickboxing and step aerobic interval workout. Basic step with punches and kicks, followed by toning for your arms, core and abs. Class will end with a great stretch.
Location: PE 218 Aerobics Room
