Cake Decorating

This course runs from February 12, 2013 - March 19, 2013

Learn the basic techniques needed to bake, form and decorate a beautiful cake. Topics will include, recipes, baking techniques and tips, structures, leveling, piping, mixing colors, flowers and more. The first night of class is strictly demonstration and learning the basic types of decoration, you will then receive a materials list from the instructor. Starting in week two, you will be bringing your own cake and frosting to learn and practice with.

Supplies list will be distributed the first night of class. Supplies are not included in fee and should range from about $30 - $40.

Fee: $89 (this fee does not include baking or decorating supplies)
