Cardio Hoop - W3

A new class, featuring a cardio workout using an adult sized hula hoop (about 1.5 lbs) to build balance, strengthen core muscles, and tone the entire body. In addition to physical benefits, hooping reduces stress, increases self-confidence, and generates joy and laughter. Wear comfortable clothing (nothing too bulky) and bring water. Hoops are provided for class use by the instructor.
