Maximizing Employer and Employee Workforce Relationships

This course will provide an understanding of management/employee relationships, and all the variables involved. The class will be an in-depth and psychological study of work-fit and career advancement programs. Techniques for handling and preventing workplace situations from escalating into unmanageable problems or situations will be discussed.
