These exercises strengthen and tone muscles and provide flexibility and balance. Pilates was developed to create a healthy body, mind and life for all ages of individuals of all shapes and sizes.
Location: PE 218 Aerobics Room
Fee: $33 per session or $9 per drop-in
Mondays (5 Sessions) 12:30pm to 1:15pm
