Yoga For All - Section B

This course runs from June 7, 2012 - July 19, 2012

These classes offer introduction to pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures), and savasana (meditative relaxation) as well as provide the opportunity to increase freedom of movement, improve balance and posture, enhance concentration, expand breathing and heighten calmness and relaxation.

Non-slip mat, towel and blanket.

Fee: $54.00 or $12 per class (see CE's Drop-In Policy for details)
