The Housing Corporation of Herkimer County Community College seeks qualified applicants for the position of Staff Assistant within the Office of Residence Life. The person hired for this position will provide administrative support and assistance to the Office of Residence Life, which is part of the HCCC Housing Corporation. Primary responsibilities will include managing all walk-in traffic and phone calls while providing excellent customer service to students, parents, visitors, and College personnel.
Educational Qualifications and Skills Required:
Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred. Must possess excellent customer service skills, general bookkeeping and accounting skills, computer skills, organizational skills, and general office management.
