Robert H. Wood Great Artist series featuring Cuarteto Latinoamericano

Mexico’s Cuarteto Latinoamericano is known worldwide as the leading proponent of Latin American music for string quartet. They have performed with major orchestras including the Los Angeles Philharmonic under Esa-Pekka Salonen, the Seattle Symphony under Gerard Schwarz, with the National Arts Center Orchestra in Ottawa, the Orquesta Filarmonica de la Ciudad de Mexico and the Dallas Symphony as well as at such venues as the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, and at La Scala.
Keeping with the original intent of our generous benefactor, Mr. Robert H. Wood, whose legacy was to share his great love of music with young people and members of our community, this event is free and open to the public. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
