Health and Fitness Classes

Herkimer College will be offering non-credit health and fitness programming.

Interval Training is an easy to follow kickboxing, step aerobics, and tabata workout. Section A meets for six sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 pm beginning September 7. The fee is $36.

Chisel is a basic strength training class focusing on the core, upper and lower bodies. Section A meets for five sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 pm beginning September 9. The fee is $30.

Yoga for All Section A meets for six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:30 pm beginning September 8. The fee is $54. Gentle Yoga Section A meets for six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 5:45 pm beginning September 10. The fee is $54.

Pilates Section A meets for six sessions on Mondays from 12:30 to 1:15 pm beginning September 14. The fee is $39. Section B meets for six sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15 pm beginning September 10. The fee is $39.

Hoops Dance is a cardiovascular exercise that uses hula hoops to tone and strengthen. Section A meets for six sessions on Wednesdays from 4 to 5pm. Classes begin on September 9 and the fee is $36.
