Herkimer College to Participate in “Save a Life Tour”

Herkimer College will hold an alcohol awareness and distracted driving simulator program on Tuesday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Physical Education Building.

The program is part of the “Save a Life Tour,” the nation’s most advanced high-impact alcohol awareness and distracted driving simulator program. The program is an interactive, thought-provoking, completely realistic perspective on the effects of driving while intoxicated and/or distracted. The program promotes accountability and making responsible choices and decisions.

Sponsored by the Center for Student Leadership and Involvement, Counseling Center and the Alcohol and Other Drug Advisory Board, the event is one of several upcoming April Alcohol Awareness Month activities. It is free and open to the public.
