Spring Non Credit Brochure Available

Herkimer College’s spring 2017 non-credit course schedule is now available online.

Non Credit health and wellness classes being offered include:

Yoga for All section A is a six week course meeting Tuesday evenings from 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. beginning January 3rd. The fee is $54.

Gentle Yoga section A is six week course meeting on Thursday evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. beginning January 5. The fee is $54.

Chisel is a basic strength training class focusing on the core, upper and lower bodies. Section A is a six week course meeting on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. beginning January 4. The fee is $36.

Interval Training is an easy to follow kickboxing, step aerobics, interval workout. Section A is a six week course meeting on Monday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. beginning January 9. The fee is $36.

Pilates Section A is a six week course meeting Mondays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. beginning January 9th. The fee is $39. Section B is a six week course meeting on Wednesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. beginning January 4th. The fee is $39.

Pre-registration is required for all courses and can be completed by calling (315) 574-4003, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by visiting www.herkimer.edu/ce.
