Insanity Course

Herkimer College is offering an Insanity fitness course.

Insanity is a high-intensity, interval training workout. Section C will meet on Mondays beginning March 17 and Section D meet on Wednesdays beginning March 12. Both sections will run for eight weeks from 5:30 to 6:30 pm at the former Remington Elementary School in Ilion. The fee is $59 per section or both sections for $89.
