Health and Fitness Classes Beginning in April at Herkimer College

Herkimer College is offering non-credit health and fitness classes.

Burn & Firm is an easy to follow kickboxing and step aerobics interval workout. Section C will meet for five weeks on Monday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning April 14. The fee is $30.

Total Body Sculpt is a basic strength training class focusing on the core and upper and lower bodies. Section C is will meet for five weeks on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning April 16. The fee is $30.

Yoga for All Section C will meet on Tuesday evenings for five weeks from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning April 15. The fee is $45.

Gentle Yoga Section C will meet on Thursday evenings for five weeks from 4:30 to 6pm beginning April 17. The fee is $45.

Yoga Strong Section C will meet on Thursday evenings for five weeks from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning April 17. The fee is $45 per section.

Pilates Section E will meet for five weeks on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning April 15. Section F will meet for five weeks on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning April 17. The fee is $33 per section.
