Health and Wellness Classes Offered in September

Herkimer College will be offering the following non-credit health and wellness classes beginning in September.

Tabata Interval Fusion is an easy to follow kickboxing, step aerobics, and tabata workout. Section A will meet for five sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning September 8. The fee is $30.

Super Strength is a basic strength training class focusing on the core, upper and lower bodies. Section A will meet for six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning September 3. The fee is $36.

Yoga for All Section A will meet for six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:30 pm beginning September 9. The fee is $54.

Gentle Yoga Section A will meet for six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 5:45 pm beginning September 11. The fee is $54.

Pilates Section A will meet for six sessions on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning September 9. The fee is $39. Section B will meet for six sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning September 11. The fee is $39.
