  • Herkimer College Inducts 69 Students into Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society
    Herkimer College held its annual Phi Theta Kappa induction ceremony on Tuesday, April 24. Sixty nine students were inducted into Herkimer College’s Upsilon Epsilon chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.
  • Full Tuition Scholarship Available
    The Herkimer County College Foundation is accepting applicants for a full-tuition scholarship in the amount of $4,470, for the first year of study at Herkimer College, being made possible through the Thomas J. and Joann L. Casale Family Scholarship Fund at Herkimer College. It is available to a 2018 graduating senior from Herkimer High School who must be planning to enroll at Herkimer College full-time in the fall 2018 semester.

    Herkimer County Community College and the Little Falls Police Department have partnered to offer the Pre-Employment Police Basic Training certificate program at Herkimer College.
  • Herkimer College to Hold 50th Annual Commencement
    Herkimer County Community College’s 50th annual Commencement will be held on Friday, May 18 at 5 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Physical Education Building. There are 427 candidates for degrees and certificates this year.
  • Science/PTA Students Visit New York Chiropractic College
    On Wednesday, April 11th, under the direction of Dr. Jennifer Adjodha-Evans, Dr. Karen Jones and Mrs. Tara Bienkowski, Herkimer College Science and Physical Therapist Assistant students had the opportunity to take a fieldtrip to New York Chiropractic College to visit the cadaver lab, where they were able to see first-hand what they could potentially encounter working in the field. Many of the students on the trip will be looking to enter the healthcare field as either a Physical Therapist Assistant, a nurse, or another closely related healthcare career, so this opportunity was a great experience for the students.

    Vendor applications are available for the 42nd Herkimer County Arts & Crafts Fair at Herkimer College on November 10-11, 2018. Booth spaces are $155 for both days.
