Technology Support Technician
Herkimer County Community College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Technology Support Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to requests for computer setup and configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting and end user training. The individual will also be responsible for communicating with vendors regarding product research and support.
Experience and Educational Background
Associate degree with minimum of 5 years working in technology support required, bachelor's degree preferred. The successful individual will have excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A knowledge of web based technology is preferred.
