Welcome to the HCCC Campus Help Desk page. HCCC students, faculty, and staff can use this page to submit concerns using the appropriate links below.
Full-time students (who reside in campus dormitories) and members of faculty/staff (excluding part-time instructors) will use a product named Track-It to submit and monitor the status of their concerns. Track-It is designed to let you submit NON-critical concerns relative to:
- PC hardware/software issues
- Dorm or office Maintenance issues
- Telecommunications issues (phones, office copiers, mailroom)
There is a link for Track-It instructions if you need it. Once you are familiar with the instructions, use the appropriate link to log a work order.
Non-dorm students are not allowed to use Track-It. They will use the appropriate link or phone number below to contact the Student Help Desk.
