Welcome to the HCCC Campus Help Desk page. HCCC students, faculty, and staff can use this page to submit concerns using the appropriate links below.

Full-time students and members of faculty/staff will use a product named Track-It to submit and monitor the status of their concerns. Track-It is designed to let you submit NON-critical concerns relative to:

• PC hardware/software issues
• Dorm or office Maintenance issues
• Telecommunications issues (phones, office copiers, mailroom)

There is a link for Track-It instructions if you need it. Once you are familiar with the instructions, use the appropriate link to log a work order.

Part-time students will not use Track-It. They will use the appropriate link to send an e-mail to the Student Help Desk.

FACULTY/STAFF AND FULL-TIME STUDENTS:
