PL 271 - Paralegal Practicum

This course involves a 90-hour supervised practical experience in a law firm or other legal setting. Students are responsible for obtaining an appropriate setting for the practical experience (subject to the approval of the instructor). The practicum also involves a “classroom” component in which students complete various assignments and discussions involving ethics and current issues in the legal profession. Prerequisite: second-year status. Note: Offered spring semesters only.
