This course examines the impact of computers in society covering terms and concepts to provide a fundamental knowledge of the computer age. Windows-based application software will be used. Hands-on sessions utilizing popular software products will allow students to become familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentations software.Online sections of this course will also require (in addition to the textbook/material requirements.
