The Herkimer County College Foundation is holding its fourth annual President’s Gala, “A Night at the Museum,” Saturday, April 21 from 7 to 11 p.m. at Herkimer County Community College’s Robert McLaughlin College Center.
The evening will showcase select pieces of artwork, archeological and natural history pieces from the College’s permanent collection, as well as those from the on-loan collection.
The event will include hors d’oeuvres, dinner & dessert stations and an open bar, as well as a live auction and entertainment with Professor Emeritus Joseph P. DeLorenzo on piano. Tickets are $100 per person and may be reserved by calling 315-866-0300, ext. 8459.
Proceeds from the gala will benefit the Herkimer County College Foundation. The Foundation awards more than $150,000 in scholarships annually to HCCC students and invests in other College programs, such as instructional technology, graduation activities and awards events. The work of the Foundation plays a vital role in the enhancement of campus life, as well as assuring that the College continues its demonstrated commitment to higher education.
