Herkimer County Community College will offer Coupon 101 for Beginners on Monday, February 27 from 6pm to 8pm. Taught by local “couponer” Jessica Jones, the course will cover the basics of couponing, how to coupon correctly and how to prevent coupon fraud. The course fee is $12.
