Herkimer County Community College announces upcoming Community Education health and fitness programming.
Cardio-Sculpt is a cardio-step and compound weight training class. Section B is five sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning March 15. The fee is $45.
Serious Strength is a compound weight training class with an emphasis on strength and fitness. The class is five sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning February 24. The fee is $45.
Pilates is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. Section C is five sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. beginning February 25. The fee is $33. Section D is six sessions on Mondays from 12:15 to 1 p.m. beginning March 15. The fee is $39.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial arts practice that is known as a rejuvenator of health and vitality. Section A is five sessions on Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m. beginning March 2. The fee is $54.
Yoga means union -of the mind, body and spirit. Beginner to Intermediate Yoga, Section B is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning February 23. The fee is $65. Gentle Yoga, Section B is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. beginning February 25. The fee is $65. Intermediate Yoga, Section B is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning February 25. The fee is $65.
