A performance of the Marian Anderson String Quartet will take place Friday, March 26 at 8:00 p.m. in Herkimer County Community College’s Sarkus-Busch Theater, located in the Robert McLaughlin College Center. The concert is offered through The Robert H. Wood Great Artists Series. Tickets are $10 each, with free tickets available to students of Herkimer County high schools and Herkimer County Community College. Sales are on a first-come, first served basis. Tickets can also be purchased at the Herkimer County College Foundation Office located in the Robert McLaughlin College Center, room 255.
The Robert H. Wood Great Artists Series is the result of a generous endowment made by the late Robert H. Wood, a long-time resident of Ilion, NY. The Robert H. Wood Great Artists Series sponsors at least two classical music performances annually to allow residents of all ages to enjoy high-caliber music and artists.
