Herkimer County Community College is offering a Real Estate Salesperson Qualifying Course.
This 75-hour course provides the instruction required to become a licensed New York State real estate salesperson. It is regulated by the NYS Department of State, which mandates the required course content. The course will meet Monday and Wednesday evenings from March 1 through May 17 from 6 - 9:30 pm. Pre-registration is required by February 22. Please note that a minimum number of registrations are required to run this course. The fee is $399. A textbook is required and not included in the course fee.
