Winter Healthcare and Immune System Health Workshop to be Offered at HCCC

Herkimer County Community College is offering a non-credit workshop on winter health.

Winter Healthcare and Immune System Health will teach participants flu prevention and treatment methods and will include discussion on herbal remedies to improve and maintain a healthy immune system. Participants will learn remedies and preparations to have on hand throughout the winter. The workshop will be held on Thursday, December 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required by November 30. The fee for the workshop is $19.
