Development Workshop for Managers and Supervisors to be Offered Through HCCC

Herkimer County Community College is offering a non-credit professional development workshop.
Excelling as a Manager reviews key concepts to help managers and supervisors enhance essential skills. Concepts include how to effectively handle job responsibilities and be a successful team leader. Participants will learn project and conflict management skills as well as how to strengthen communication. The workshop will be held on Thursday, October 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required by October 9. The fee is $94.
