Herkimer County Community College announces upcoming non-credit health and fitness programming.
Burn & Firm is an easy to follow kickboxing and step aerobics interval workout. Section B is five sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning March 4. The fee is $30.
Total Body Sculpt is a basic strength training class that uses dumbbells to focus on the core, upper & lower body. Section B is six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning February 27. The fee is $36.
Yoga for All Section B consists of six sessions Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning February 26. Gentle Yoga Section B is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6pm beginning February 28.
Yoga Workout Section B is a six sessions class on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning February 28. The fee for each yoga section is $54.
Pilates Section C is five sessions on Mondays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning March 4. The fee is $33. Section D is six sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning February 28. The fee is $39.
