Herkimer County Community College announces upcoming non-credit health and fitness programming.
Burn & Firm is an easy-to-follow kickboxing and step aerobics interval workout. Section C is five sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning April 15. The fee is $30.
Total Body Sculpt is a basic strength training class that uses dumbbells to focus on the core, upper & lower body. Section C is six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning April 17. The fee is $36.
Yoga for All Section C consists of six sessions Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning April 16. Gentle Yoga Section C is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6pm beginning April 18.
Yoga Workout Section C is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning April 18. The fee for each yoga section is $54.
Pilates Section E is five sessions on Mondays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning April 15. The fee is $33. Section F is six sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning April 18. The fee is $39.
