Health and Fitness Classes Offered at HCCC

Herkimer County Community College announces upcoming non-credit health and fitness programming.
Burn & Firm is an easy-to-follow kickboxing and step aerobics interval workout. Section A is five sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning January 7. The fee is $30.
Total Body Sculpt is a basic strength training class using dumbbells focusing on the core, upper & lower bodies. Section A is six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm beginning January 9. The fee is $36.
Yoga for All Section A is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning January 8. Gentle Yoga Section A is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6pm beginning January 10. Yoga Workout Section A is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45pm beginning January 10. The fee for each section is $54.
Pilates Section A is five sessions on Mondays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning January 7. The fee is $33. Section B is six sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm beginning January 10. The fee is $39.
Aqua Aerobics Section A is six sessions on Friday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm beginning January 11. The fee is $42.
