Health and Fitness Classes Offered in April

Herkimer County Community College is accepting registrations for the following non-credit health and wellness classes.
Cardio-Sculpt is a cardio-step and compound weight training class. Section C is five sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning April 26. Pre-registration is required by April 22. The fee is $45.
Serious Strength is a compound weight training class with an emphasis on strength and fitness. The class is six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning April 7. The fee is $54.
Pilates is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. Section E is seven sessions on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. beginning April 8. The fee is $45. Section F is four sessions on Mondays from 12:15 to 1 p.m. beginning May 3. Pre-registration is required by April 29. The fee is $27.
Yoga for All, Section C is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning April 13. Pre-registration is required by April 12. The fee is $65. Gentle Yoga, Section C is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. beginning April 15. Pre-registration is required by April 14. The fee is $65. Intermediate Yoga, Section C is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning April 15. Pre-registration is required by April 14. The fee is $65.
