Introduction to TV Production for Youth

Herkimer County Community College is offering a non-credit youth program in TV production.
Introduction to Television Production will be offered in two sessions. Session A is for ages 13-15 and will run Monday through Thursday, July 11-21, 10 a.m. to noon. Session B is for ages 16-18 and will run Monday through Thursday, July 11-21, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
This course will provide hands-on training in a variety of areas. Students will then use the skills they’ve learned to complete projects such as a public service announcement, brief newscast and music video. Each participant will be provided with a DVD of their work at the end of the course. The fee is $54 per session.
