Herkimer County Community College is offering a workshop on landlord/tenant relations.
Landlord/Tenant Relationship - How to Prepare for the Rental Market is designed for investors, landlords, tenants and property managers. Topics covered include: applications, leases, economics, planning, maintaining relationships, environmental issues, managing accounting and fair housing laws. The workshop will be held Saturday, April 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required by April 12. The fee is $49.
