Herkimer County Community College is offering a non-credit personal development seminar.
Marketing Yourself Effectively in a Changing Job Market is a must-attend seminar in these difficult times. Whether you are a recent grad or a displaced worker, this seminar will give you the edge you need in today’s job market. Resume preparation, appearance, speech, body language and posture, handshakes, conversation starters, tough questions, interview techniques and social networking will be discussed. Section A meets once on Wednesday, September 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Section B meets on two consecutive Saturdays, September 19 and September 26 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The fee is $94 and pre-registration is required by September 11.
