Men’s Soccer Team to Participate in “Sunshine & Stars” Charity Event

The Herkimer County Community College men’s soccer team will participate in the “Sunshine and Stars” charity event this Saturday at the New Hartford Shopping Center. Featuring a variety of activities for children and families, the all-day event will benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Central New York.
Among the activities is a soccer clinic conducted by the Herkimer men’s soccer team from 2 to 3 p.m. where they will also show soccer skills and tricks. Head coach Pepe Aragon will also be in the “dunk tank” from 3 to 3:30 p.m.
The event is sponsored by Frosty’s Ice Cream and PURITY Ice Cream.
