Real Estate Salesperson Qualifying Course

Herkimer County Community College is offering a Real Estate Salesperson Qualifying Course.
This 75-hour course provides the instruction required to become a licensed New York State real estate salesperson. It is regulated by the NYS Department of State, which mandates the required course content. The course will meet Monday and Wednesday evenings from September 21 through December 16 from 6:00 to 9:30 pm. Pre-registration is required by September 15. The fee is $399. Please note that a textbook is required and not included in the course fee.
