Herkimer County Community College will offer several non-credit fitness programming.
Burn & Firm is an easy to follow kickboxing and step aerobics interval workout. Section B is six sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning July 22. The fee is $36.
Total Body Sculpt is a basic strength training class focusing on the core, upper and lower body strength. Section B is six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning July 24. The fee is $36.
Yoga for All Section B is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning July 23. The fee is $54.
Yoga Workout combines yoga postures and basic exercises to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Section B is a six session class on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning July 25. The fee is $54.
Pilates incorporates exercises to strengthen and tone muscles and provide flexibility and balance. Session C is four sessions on Monday afternoons from 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. beginning on July 22. Session D is four sessions on Thursday afternoons from 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. beginning on July 25. The fee for each section is $26.
