Transfer Agreement with Sage College of Albany

Herkimer County Community College has established a transfer articulation agreement with Sage College of Albany (SCA). Graduates of Herkimer’s Liberal Arts & Sciences’ Science A.S. program can transfer into Sage College of Albany’s B.S. in Applied Biology’ DPT “Physical Therapy preparation program.
SCA agrees to accept and transfer into the B.S. program up to 66 credit hours earned by the HCCC student who takes the prescribed courses at Herkimer. Grades of C- or better will transfer. Students who attain a 3.0 grade point average or higher will automatically be admitted into the SCA Applied Science program. The GPA requirements for entry into the DPT are 3.0 overall and 3.0 in the science prerequisites.
