The goals of Campus safety are to provide protection for all students, faculty, staff and visitors to HCCC. Campus safety provides Law Enforcement services for the campus as well as the housing corporation. Members of the department do have arrest powers as Peace Officers defined in the NYS Criminal Procedure law. Campus Safety also provides a courtesy service for unlocking vehicles, jump starts and a lost and found program. Campus Safety will also mark your valuables with a distinctive number, so that if lost or stolen may be returned to the correct owner when found.
