Our responsibility is to provide and maintain computer hardware and software across campus for students, faculty and staff. To provide dedicated service to these groups, we make available 2 Help Desk technicians (1. Faculty/Staff and 2. Student) and a staff of experienced electronics technicians. Requests for computer assistance are received at the Help Desk either electronically or verbally. These requests are then resolved by the Help Desk technician or by our staff of mobile technicians who are dispatched to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
