Post Your Job Announcements
Want to reach more HCCC students and alumni faster and more efficiently? Then utilize our new EASE system. Log on to HCCC's EASE system to register your company and begin posting your jobs.
The HCCC Career Center is also pleased to receive your job announcements throughout the year via e-mail or fax. Job announcements are placed both in our Career Center and also on our Career Board located in a high traffic area.

On Campus Recruitment
Employers who have recruitment needs throughout the year are encouraged to contact the Career Center to arrange an individual recruitment day. Utilizing individual recruitment days, as well as attending Job Fairs, will increase the visibility your company has with HCCC students and alumni. Simply contact the Career Center to arrange a date and a time for your visit. To optimize your visit we will provide a table and chairs in a high traffic area and insure students are aware of when you will be on campus. If you provide the Career Center with information regarding specific positions, we will post these positions ahead of time.

Volunteer/Internship Recruitment
At the beginning of the Fall Semester the College hosts a successful Student Fair on campus to providean opportunity for students to learn about ways to get involved in their cmapus and community.
Many not-for-profit agencies attend to:
- Encourage students to make a difference in their community through volunteering
- Meet students who are interested in volunteering their time and abilities
- Meet student who need to fullfill a Service Learning requirement
- Inform the college community of the services they provide
For-profit organizations with internship opportunities are also encouraged to attend.

You may also register your agency or company to HCCC's EASE system and post volunteer/ internship positions electronically.
Service Learning
Service Learning is a national movement to include volunteer work as a component of college coursework. Service Learning results in:
- Student awareness of the importance of civic responsibility and caring for others
- A means to educate students while filling the volunteer needs of local agencies
- Opportunities for students to apply knowledge and concepts during real life volunteer experiences
- Student exploration of career options while working with experts in the field
Students who are registered in a Student Learning course section are required to complete 20 hours of service with a local not-for-profit agency.
